Refund and Returns Policy

At IGNITE Candle and Fragrance we strive to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards. If Products supplied to you are damaged or faulty or are not the products you ordered, please contact and inform us as soon as possible via our Contact page or email hello@ignitecandleandfragrance.co.nz. We are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us prior to returning any products, indicate your reason for return including, your preferred action (replacement or refund), a copy of your receipt/order number, and we will assess your return request. 

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

If the wrong item was sent to you by mistake. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect items, and once we receive them, a replacement will be promptly sent. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement, ensuring a hassle-free resolution for you.

In the case of exchanges due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the associated shipping costs for both the return and the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Sale Items

All sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
